Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding to the UAE and Europe soon, sign up to our newsletter to be notified when this launches.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, giving you full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 2 business days, then shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, typically arriving within 1-3 business days once dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delays
While we aim to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control (e.g. courier delays, high demand periods). We'll always do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
