Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your REDGENESIS Red Light Sonic Toothbrush. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition for Returns
Due to the personal hygiene nature of this product, we can only accept returns for items that are:
- Unopened and in original, sealed packaging, or
- Faulty, damaged, or defective on arrival
We're unable to accept returns on opened or used products, including brush heads, for hygiene reasons — unless the item is faulty.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@redgenesis.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1 business day with return instructions.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your toothbrush arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Faulty/damaged items: we'll cover return shipping costs.
- Change of mind (unopened items only): return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened brush heads and used products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, except in cases of manufacturing fault.
